At Foxwood, we utilize two assessments through The Leadership Circle, LLC. We believe these assessments assist individuals, teams, and organizations gain the self-awareness and strategy to thrive and achieve greater effectiveness.

The Leadership Circle Profile™

By providing a clear and in-depth assessment of reactivity and authenticity, this 360 profile illuminates leadership effectiveness and provides a clear path to growth. This is a tool that measures an individual’s reactive tendencies and creative competencies. It will help you and your team take a closer look at inner operating systems and gain a deeper understanding of what is motivating certain behaviors.

The Collective Leadership Assessment™
